Practice and live the Bank’s Sales & Customer Service Culture every day.

Utilize customer information, prospecting lists, and referrals to market and originate credit, deposit and corporate services to targeted segments and assigned relationships.

Analyze requests to determine credit risk, compliance with policies, product parameters and requirements while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

Participate in bank promotions. Facilitate the delivery of personal banking products and services to business owners, managers and centers of influence within assigned relationship base.

Perform and serve as Loan, Deposit and Service closing agent for the Bank.

Ensure regular follow-up with underwriting/credit to monitor status of requests and communicate with customers.

Address and communicate problems or situations of average difficulty relating to work and which requires explanation to customers, employees and management.

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring loan collateral and credit risk inherent within assigned relationships.

Accountable for maintaining knowledge of and compliance with established lending, deposit and service procedures and policies.

Credit underwriting and documentation knowledge and experience.

Functionally competent with PC’s and related software.

Bachelors or better in Finance or related field. Masters or better in Finance or related field.

5 years of previous commercial banking experience in a financial institution within a proven sales process.
