Des Moines Elder Law in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant for our Probate or Guardianship Department. The role involves preparing pleadings and accountings, reviewing fiduciary reports, tracking court deadlines, and coordinating with attorneys and clients. Candidates should have a Paralegal Certificate or an associate’s degree and 1–3 years of law office experience.
This is a full-time, in-office position with 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
