Job Description Apartment Maintenance Tech

Skilled Maintenance Tech Wanted – Keep our community thriving! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.

Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

Manages records of activity in maintenance log.

Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties

Pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
