Commercial Lender - Banking

Currently, we have a Commercial Loan Processor opportunity with an established and reputable Credit Union.

The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Confirm that the borrower's information on all documents is complete.

Track orders for appraisals, title commitments, Phase I environmental reports, operating statements, credit reports, and any other documents required for processing the loan.

Prepare loan documents and forward them to escrow for closing.

Review preliminary title reports and work with the title account officer to resolve any issues.

Complete review of executed loan documents; Audit files for documentation completeness, accuracy, and proper disbursement of fees.

Follow up with the Loan Officer, broker, or member as required for file completion.

High School Diploma, G.A minimum of three years of commercial real estate loan processing and funding experience is required.

Experience in real estate originations, servicing, and/or closing may substitute for commercial processing experience.

Community banking experience.

Strong computer skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are required.

College coursework in accounting or finance is preferred.
