Job Description Human Resources (HR Manager/Coordinator)
Experience in healthcare HR REQUIRED
Magnolia Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Human Resources professional with healthcare experience to join our leadership team. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Provide support with employee relations, retention initiatives, and performance management
Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and promote employee engagement
Support training and staff development programs
Previous HR experience required
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration
Weekly pay
Health, dental, and vision insurance
