Quality Control Inspector
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am - 2:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials and in-process components to ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering specifications, and customer requirements. Perform visual, dimensional, mechanical, and functional inspections on raw materials and work-in-process parts.
Review and maintain incoming material history records to ensure traceability and compliance.
Create and maintain inspection templates while ensuring documentation aligns with current drawing revisions and specifications.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
Prepare and clean parts for cleanroom applications following established procedures.
Calibrate, audit, and maintain precision measurement equipment to ensure inspection accuracy.
Support qualification and validation of new inspection and testing equipment.
Assist with continuous improvement projects related to quality, manufacturing, and inspection processes.
3+ years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience using precision measuring equipment including:
• Optical inspection equipment

Ability to perform and document incoming, in-process inspections
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
