Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am -3pm & 3pm 11pm (five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract: 7 weeks

Requirements:
State LPN license
BLS/CPR preferred
Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
