Warehouse - Inventory Cycle Counter

Inventory Control Coordinator The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory while keeping the pharmacy clean, orderly, and professional.

Responsibilities Purchase and receive inventory; track and reconcile inventory balances.

Perform replenishment tasks, put‑away, cycle counting, and manage returned products.

Monitor B/O and days’ supply; select products and supplies under supervisor direction.

Maintain pick stations, dispensing and back‑stock refrigerators, and pack stations with required supplies.

Pull short‑dated or expired product from active inventory.

File inventory and SOX documentation.

Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership.

This position may require sitting, standing, moving, and lifting, and can be physically demanding for multiple hours each day.

Compensation Salary Range: $18.50 – $20.02 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience. Typical pay range for the job grade is $17.00 – $28.46.

Required Qualifications 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.

Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire.

Education Verifiable high school diploma or equivalency.
