Nocturnist - Night Hospitalist

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality inpatient care for hospitalized patients

Manage admissions, rounding, and cross‑coverage responsibilities

Deliver overnight or daytime hospitalist coverage as needed

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols

Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence‑based care

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or relevant specialty

Completion of U.S. residency program required

Current New Mexico medical license or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
