What You'll Do Conduct inbound and outbound phone interviews with Medicare Supplement applicants

Verify application information with accuracy and professionalism

Follow structured scripts and use supplemental medical questionnaires when needed

Enter interview details and documentation into the administrative system

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate application processing

What You Bring High school diploma/GED with 1+ year of experience in medical insurance, pharmacy, clinical coding, or customer service

Medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred; Excellent verbal/written communication and strong phone handling skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Flexible to work assigned schedules, rotating coverage, and overtime as needed

As proficiency is demonstrated, hybrid work opportunities may be introduced, dependent on business needs and department practices.
