Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

Our client is a fast-growing, customer-obsessed brand on a mission to turn every click into a customer and every customer into a loyal fan. Our DTC subscription model is thriving, and we’re now looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our email and SMS channels, driving retention, engagement, and growth.
Own the day-to-day strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing programs , focused получаетие, cross-sell, churn prevention, referral, and winback.
Collaborate with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to manage the campaign calendar—aligned with cultural moments, seasonal themes, promos, and product launches.
Create clear, strategic briefs for copywriting and design teams to deliver engaging lifecycle content.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, etc.) Lead A/B testing and ongoing optimization —testing aansprak send times, frequencies, copy, creative, CTAs, segmentation, and more.
Refine customer segmentation and journey mapping to tailor messaging for key audience groups.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deployments , with strong attention to compliance, segmentation, and user experience.
GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and emerging strategies in lifecycle marketing.
What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, or retention marketing.
Hands‑on experience with platforms like Klaviyo , Postscript , or Attentive .
Deep understanding of segmentation , personalization , and marketing automation .
Analytical mindset—you know how to turn data into decisions.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally under tight timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can confidently collaborate with creatives to bring ideas to life.
