Build and execute sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings, elevate supplier performance, and sustain reliable inventory levels.

Prepare RFPs, contracts, bid packages, and competitive analyses; identify new suppliers that meet exacting standards for cost, quality, and delivery.

Develop and steward long‑term vendor partnerships that support resilient supply chains and negotiated advantages.

Research and forecast market shifts, pricing trends, and emerging product opportunities to inform strategic buying decisions.

Drive improvements in supplier on‑time delivery, quality assurance, lead time reduction, and end‑to‑end procurement processes.

Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Production to ensure procurement strategy aligns with broader business needs.
