Head of Strategy and Analysis

Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff while ensuring accurate and actionable analytics for sourcing savings, supplier spend, and performance metrics.

Support development and implementation of Knowledge Management deliverables within the U.Finance to translate cash savings into P&L savings.
Analyze supplier spend and identify material savings opportunities in collaboration with sourcing teams, business, and finance.
Monitor targeted supplier spend data to support category focus for SSG.
Provide data extracts, queries, and analytical support to stakeholders as required.
Excellent financial analysis and management reporting skills.
Ability to analyze large volumes of information and financial data to develop concise findings for recommendation to stakeholders and/or management.
Strong mindset of value‑add contribution and continuous process improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and other database software.
