Established group - hot spot restaurant in Atlantic Beach, FL - high energy smart/casual is looking for strong Line Cooks with at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant - 250+ covers a night.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and organizing of ingredients for service.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation and timely service.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced environment.
Previous Italian cooking experience highly preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality food standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
