Attorney Job Description: Litigation/Family Law **

• * We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong focus on Family Law to join our growing firm. You will be stepping into a fast-paced environment where you will immediately manage a caseload of litigation & family law matters.

• * The High-Performer: ** You take extreme ownership of your productivity, billing and client outcomes. Litigate with Excellence: ** Represent clients in Family Law (divorce, custody, support) and general civil litigation matters.
• * Proactive Client Communication: ** Conduct personal phone calls and digital follow-up to every client on your list to ensure they are informed, supported, and cared for.
• * Draft & Negotiate: ** Proactively prepare clean, polished, and thoughtful drafts (pleadings, discovery, correspondence).
• * Strategic Growth: ** Work with our Executive Assistant (EA) and Case Managers to identify risks early and optimize case values.
• * Experience: ** Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, specifically in Family Law.
• * Uncapped Earning Potential: ** Base salary with performance-based bonuses tied to billable hours and collections.($80k-$125k+) with referral client bonuses and dedicated hours a hustler mindset doubles the listed pay range
