Residential Home Health and Hospice: Hospice Cna

Overview Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced and caring full or part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Home Health division in the Pierce County area.
Position: Full-Time (or part-time). Schedule: Day shifts only (no nights). Care settings: Patient homes, assisted living facilities (ALFs), adult family homes (AFHs).
Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one care to multiple patients daily in their home settings, with visit‑based scheduling.
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
Follow the plan of care as directed by a registered nurse or therapist.
Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington State.
Must have CNA experience in a home health or hospice agency.
Must be 18 years or older.
