____________________________________________________________________________________As a Home & Community-Based BCBA at CAS, you’ll provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision in natural environments. You’ll partner closely with families, technicians, and community stakeholders to support meaningful, real-world skill development.

This role is ideal for BCBAs who value flexibility, relationship-based work, and ethical, family-centered practice-without sacrificing support or growth.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Provide ABA services in home and community settings

Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making

Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments

Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as needed

In some regions, mentor or supervise clinicians working toward BCBA certification

High-quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care

Strong partnerships with families and team members

Data-driven decision-making and meaningful client progress

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff

Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
