As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and team performance within our organization. We are committed to fostering a collaborative culture where innovation and continuous improvement are valued. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality, and supporting the professional development of your team. Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks.

Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.

Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.

Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.
