Ultimate Staffing seeks a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) in Ventura, CA for a 9–10 month contract. The role supports onboarding, recruitment, and HR administration, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Ideal candidates will be bilingual, organized, and capable of handling confidential information. Experience in HR, recruiting, or admin is preferred. This contract offers exposure to HR processes in a dynamic environment.
