Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that invests in its employees? We are hiring for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Quality Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

If you have experience with quality inspection, blueprint reading, calipers, micrometers, CMM operation, and ISO standards , this could be an excellent next step in your career.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift Available

• 2nd Shift Available
• Inspect manufactured parts and products to ensure compliance with quality standards

Perform in-process and final inspections

Use precision measuring equipment including:

CMM equipment

Create and document rework orders

Maintain inspection records and quality documentation

Assist production, machining, and material handling teams as needed

Identify and recommend the best inspection methods for various products

Research and help procure inspection equipment when needed

Experience as a Quality Inspector or Quality Assurance Inspector in manufacturing

Understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

2+ years of Quality Inspection or Quality Assurance experience

• CMM setup or programming experience is highly preferred
• Leadership or team lead experience is a bonus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.
