Production Laborer - Immediate Hire

General Production Worker Immediate Hiring $21+/hr!
A manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is seeking multiple General Production Workers for various shifts. This role involves manual labor in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Manually load and unload product to/from machine repetitively.
Push and pull boxes of product weighing up to 50 pounds.
Visually inspect the final product for quality assurance.
Occasionally use shot blasting equipment to finish product.
Weigh and package product according to customer specifications.
Ensure proper documentation of materials and batch numbers.
Withstand heat and remain on feet for 8 to 12 hours at a time.
Essential Skills
- Ability to withstand heat.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
- 1+ year per job in work history.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor and heavy lifting.
Familiarity with fast-paced production environments.
Experience with heat treatment processes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
