Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Schedule: Night shift, 7 days on/7 days off, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Transition to day shift anticipated in July/August 2026 to cover FMLA leave through January 2027. Every other weekend required. Holiday commitment required (3 of 5 major holidays).

Requirements:

Active Texas pharmacy license (must be in hand at submission)
PharmD or RPh degree required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience required
Pediatric pharmacy exposure or experience required; retail-only background not accepted
Epic charting system experience required
Proficiency with Pyxis systems, sterile technique, IV medications, and clinical dosing
Two professional references covering the past year
