Oncology Financial Advocate

Minnesota Oncology

Minnesota Oncology is seeking a Patient Pre-Services Coordinator to educate patients on insurance coverage, benefits and cost estimates. You will verify eligibility, assist with financial aid, and liaise with billing to smooth approvals.

You will obtain pre-authorizations, review balances, update demographics and co-pays, and ensure documentation aligns with SOPs and HIPAA. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
