Sales Recruiter We're hiring a Sales Recruiter to help scale elite Solar Consultants across our East Coast markets. This is a sales-minded role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and uncapped upside.
Sales Recruiters identify, attract, and qualify top sales talent. This includes outbound sourcing, screening for sales aptitude and cultural fit, and preparing candidates for interviews and training so they hit the ground producing. Sales Recruiters own a market, partner closely with sales leadership, and drive hiring outcomes that directly impact revenue.
This role offers a $50,000 base salary plus an uncapped bonus structure, with $100K OTE and top performers earning $150K–$200K+. Overrides are paid on hired, producing sales talent.
