Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Healthcare

Job Description Job Description firstPRO 360 is assisting our client in the Alpharetta area to fill a Medical Front Desk role. Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars

Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Handle incoming mail, faxes, and general office correspondence

Assist with daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and maintaining front office organization

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in medical office administration a plus

Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting strongly preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification a plus

Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
