# They must have a valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. They must have a master's degree in physical therapy; They must have a master's degree in a physical therapy related field in addition to a bachelor's degree in physical therapy; They must have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying physical therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. equivalent to a degree in physical therapy. Bonus USD $10,000.00
