Duration: 6 month contract

CodePath is looking for a Talent Sourcer who is excited about doing high-impact work in an AI-forward recruiting environment. As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing.

Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows

Craft personalized outreach messaging that converts passive talent

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies

contribute to sourcing-related employer branding initiatives (up to 1 day/week)

Track and report sourcing metrics to demonstrate pipeline health and activity

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or internship counts)

• Active, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing workflows (CLAUDE, CHAT GTP, Perplexity, or similar) — you adopted these on your own, not because someone told you to
• LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
• Strong written communication for candidate outreach
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Genuine connection to CodePath's mission to transform computer science education

For this role, we're hiring for a junior level position at an annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000.
