Part-Time Receptionist
We're looking for a friendly, upbeat, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed, and thrive in a casual, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
This role offers flexible part-time hours , making it a great opportunity for someone looking for work-life balance while being part of a supportive office.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in customers
Provide administrative support to the office team
Learn to assist with invoicing and other office duties as you grow in the role
Jump in and help with a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
A strong communicator, both in person and over the phone
A team player with a "happy to help" attitude
Flexible part-time schedule
