ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1999 after spending eight years as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, a role that gave me a deep understanding of insurance, customer service, and what it truly takes to guide people through life's unexpected moments. Today, our team includes six full-time members, and together we've created a positive, energetic environment where teamwork and drive go hand-in-hand. I'm a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, a long-time foster for the Humane Society, and an avid skier who loves the outdoors and everything about the Colorado lifestyle.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Pamela Buckland - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
