This is a full-time position located onsite at our Community Health Center partners in Ohio./ppWhat youll do in the role:/pulliRapidly adapt to different pharmacy workflows and team dynamics to maintain high levels of productivity./liliIdentify and resolve site-specific operational bottlenecks or backlog issues upon arrival at a new location to ensure consistent service levels across the district./liliSupervise pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal workflow and productivity./liliManage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of high-value specialty medications (e.g., liliMaintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies./li/ulpEducation Licensure Requirements:/pulliPharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)./liliUnrestricted pharmacist license in good standing in the state of Ohio./li/ulpOther Skills or Qualifications:/pulli3+ years of direct patient care experience in pharmacy is preferred./lili2+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred./liliPGY1 residence or equivalent work experience preferred./liliThe position may require some travel.
