Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
Educate borrowers on Assumption loan processes , eligibility requirements, and financial benefits
Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM systems and structured scripts
Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines effectively
Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
High school diploma or equivalent required

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will play a key role in assisting borrowers through the refinance and loan assumption process , with a primary focus on VA, FHA, and Assumption loan transactions. This high-volume, phone-based sales role involves educating customers, building trust, and converting inbound leads into successful loan applications.
