OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR

Position to administer occupational therapy services as a licensed OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR. Responsible for performing a variety of functions which involve evaluation and treatment of residents in a variety of clinical settings as well as supervising the activities of the Occupational Therapy Assistant. Physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health.

OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR

Administer occupational therapy screens, evaluations and treatments (as applicable per State Practice Act.) Daily documentation is done via Rehab Optima.

Must be a graduate from an Accredited OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR Program.

Must possess a current license in practicing state as OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR.

Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.

Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test.

Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
