Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland (MD OT License required)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs across early intervention or K-12 settings
• Commitment to supporting students' independence, access, and participation

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and design individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services aligned with students' IEPs or IFSPs
• Document all therapy sessions, progress notes, and outcome measures accurately and timely
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster inclusive educational environments
• Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings, providing input and support for goal-setting and modifications
• Offer guidance and training to school personnel on strategies to accommodate student needs
