Repair and Maintenance Tech - 3rd Shift

$48 per hour

Our client, a leading organization in building operations and maintenance, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting on-site building maintenance and repair activities. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Shift: 3rd Shift Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems and industrial equipment.

Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.

Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Complete maintenance and repair records accurately and efficiently.

Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

High school diploma or GED; trade school training preferred.

additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related fields are a plus.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and work order systems.

Potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment based on performance and organizational needs.

On-site work with a supportive team dedicated to safety and excellence.
