Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.
Responsibilities

Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse associates.
Ensure safety guidelines, policies, and DEA regulations are followed.
Oversee receipt and verification of merchandise, maintaining accurate records.
Supervise order picking, packing, and shipping, including controlled substances.
Manage documentation for shipments, deliveries, and controlled substances.
Maintain quality control in packing and shipping processes.
Monitor performance, attendance, and overtime of team members.
Support process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
Minimum of two years of progressive warehouse supervisory experience.
Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Proficiency with computers, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate equipment such as reach trucks (proficiency preferred).
Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and physical inventory.
Key Duties: Lead warehouse functions, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintain detailed records, foster teamwork, and support continuous process improvements.
