Human Resources Generalist - Payroll/Recruitment (Full Time)

We are seeking candidates with experience supporting HR operations, including employee data management, payroll and benefits coordination, and responding to employee inquiries, along with familiarity with HCM systems (like Paycor or Paylocity) and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, with a strong emphasis on employee data management, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HCM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including creation of first week orientation schedules, document collection, system entries, and checklist completion
Respond to routing employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll
Assist with regular payroll processing by accurately entering employee data, time records, deductions, and adjustments
Process standard payroll changes (new hires, terminations, rate changes)
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and termination in the benefits and HCM platforms
Assist with open enrollment preparation, communications, and data audits
Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling confidential information
Customer service mindset with professional communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field of study (or a combination of equivalent education and experience)
Minimum of three years of experience in a HR operations, generalist, payroll, or benefits support role
