Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Cinnaminson, NJ. If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a supportive care team, we want to hear from you!Caregiving Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortMonitor clients and promptly report changes in condition to supervisory staffPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.Perform occasional light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands.Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelines.Administrative and Training Responsibilities:Use the SwyftOps app to manage schedules, clock in/out, complete EVV, and document care.Complete accurate and timely shift notes, care documentation, and incident reports.Maintain current certifications, credentials, and required documentation.Complete required online trainings, in-services, and competency assessments.Complete ongoing training in areas such as dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, HIPAA, and client safety.Follow agency policies, client care plans, and documentation requirements.Requirements:Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification requiredPrevious experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanorAbility to follow individualized care plans and work independently in a home settingReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Burlington/Camden areaCPR/First Aid certification is a plusValid ID and ability to pass a background check & drug screeningAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
