Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: 750 W. Route 66, Ste N, Glendora, CA 91740

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $87K-$105K/year (based on experience)

Our beautiful outpatient physical therapy center in Glendora is seeking a compassionate, motivated licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care experiences. Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
