Job Descriptions:

Project manager plays a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and implementation of Productions offshoring initiative.
This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous project management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Given the sensitive nature of many projects, this individual must exercise a high degree of discretion and sound judgment, ensuring that discussions, documentation, reporting, and escalations are handled thoughtfully and shared only with appropriate stakeholders.
This person works closely with senior leadership and key vendors to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Assemble and lead teams, ensuring the key deadlines are met with care.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Use time management skills to track progress, manage risks, and address issues for successful and timely project completion.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and vendors to ensure cohesive project execution.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Report project outcomes, successes, and lessons learned to senior management.
Ensure timely and appropriate escalation of project risks, issues, or concerns, exercising discretion and sound judgment when addressing sensitive subject matter and determining the appropriate stakeholders for communication.
Requirements:
Five to seven years of experience as a project manager, preferably for an ad agency or tech firm focused on implementation and change management.
Offshoring experience required.
Broad understanding of advertising and marketing, from generating an immediate impact to the omnichannel lifecycle.
Strong understanding of technology platforms, with required expertise in Workfront, MS Office, and related best practices.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a successful track record of leading implementations.
Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates agility when priorities shift with partners.
Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks.
Adept problem-solver; able to make decisions under pressure.
Experienced in client-facing roles, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Comfortable presenting updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal); able to articulate complex ideas.
