BCBA needed for a Full Time Position

Master's degree and current BCBA certification are required.

Established background working with children, including those with disabilities.

Prior experience serving children with autism is highly preferred.

Competence in supervising staff, with the ability to oversee and provide guidance to other contractors.

Strong skills in behavior analysis, program development, and data collection.

Serve as the on-site BCBA for a diverse student caseload ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Oversee and supervise a fellow contractor, providing mentorship and ensuring fidelity of behavioral programming.

Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain thorough documentation.

Deliver training and consultation for staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
