This position will be responsible for the daily work assignments and supervision of the department employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

Training of team members to ensure job duties are performed efficiently and effectively

Evaluating performance and providing feedback on an ongoing basis

Enforcing compliance with company policies

Managing warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Keep records of shipments tracking, cost and delivery receipts.

Work with vendors to secure economical transportation for goods to national and international customers.

Picking and checking customer orders before shipment.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Receive product and distribute or label and store after entering into the inventory system.

Allocate and issue material to departments.

Tracking and recording of inventory.

Cleaning and organizing of the warehouse.

Properly complete all documentation required on the computer and by hand to track the job.

Properly use computer to enter/retrieve job specific information and complete training documents.

Manages various ad-hoc projects as requested.

Must be able to be trained and certified to operate all company vehicles including fork trucks, order pickers, company pickup and box truck, etc.

Knowledge of Corporate Policies and Procedures in a Manufacturing environment

Advanced knowledge in the application of sales and use tax rules

Highly skilled in math, accounting, and financial processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other systems as required

High School diploma or equivalent.

3 years or more experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or similar.

Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment

Frequently exposed to high-speed moving mechanical parts
