Now Hiring: Human Resources Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Human Resources Director . In this position, you will be responsible for enforcing and administering company policies and ensuring that company practices comply with all laws and regulations affecting human resources activities.

Employee Relations & Compliance – Ensure fair and consistent HR practices, maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with resort leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, compensation/benefits strategy, and initiatives that support guest service excellence and business goals.

Talent Management & Development – Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all resort departments.

Minimum 3 years as an HR Director or 5 years as an HR Manager, preferably in a large resort, hotel, or convention setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ADP, HRIS systems, and capable of managing office tasks independently.

Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, unemployment claims, OSHA reporting, FMLA/LOE, and associate relations.

Strong decision‑making skills, ability to work under pressure, resolve workplace issues, and manage specialized programs like Exchange Visitor housing.
