Job Description Caregiver

BrightCare HomeCare, a leading provider of home care services in Louisiana, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a Caregiver with BrightCare HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, injuries, or illnesses by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and medication management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Maintain accurate records of client care services, including notes, progress reports, and incident reports

Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet clients' unique needs and goals

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Caregiver experience preferred, but not required
