We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and passionate Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our well‑established legal firm. The candidate will handle all aspects of civil litigation matters, including defense, HOA, construction defect, insurance coverage, and professional liability cases. This role requires an innovative problem‑solver who can think strategically and analytically about complex legal issues.

Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions, trial, and appellate work.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Coordinate with team members and clients to develop litigation strategies.

Draft and negotiate settlements.

Handle construction defect and HOA litigation.

Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum of five years’ experience in litigation.

Exceptional research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
