As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Family Support, your daily responsibilities will include:

Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a coordinated approach to patient care.

Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to your personal growth and the enhancement of our collective practice.

Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families, equipping them with valuable insights about mental health, treatment options, and available community services.

A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your solid background in social work principles and practices.

A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas, reflecting your professional standing and commitment to ethical practice.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting, highlighting your ability to manage complex case scenarios effectively.
