Our platform is meticulously engineered to communicate with customers at every aspect of the service, repair, and maintenance journey, ensuring positive and memorable experiences.About the RolemyKaarma is looking for a highly hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis.This role is designed for someone who can step in quickly, understand what we need, build candidate pipelines, and move hiring forward without a lot of infrastructure or oversight.The immediate focus will be supporting high-volume hiring across U.S. operations and customer-facing functions. This will include sourcing and pipelining candidates, managing active requisitions, coordinating interviews, and helping hiring managers consistently move qualified candidates through the process.The role may expand over time as our recruiting needs evolve, but the immediate priority is execution and recruiting capacity.What You'll DoOwn recruiting activity across a portfolio of U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.Partner with hiring managers to understand the role, clarify requirements, and establish an effective sourcing approach.Provide regular visibility into pipeline health, activity, and hiring progress to leadership and hiring teams.Support recruiting projects and additional hiring needs as priorities evolve.You likely have:4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an environment with meaningful hiring volume.Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipelines proactively.Experience recruiting for operations, customer success, support, sales, implementation, or other customer-facing roles.Strong recruiter judgment and the ability to distinguish between activity and actual pipeline quality.Experience working directly with hiring managers and influencing recruiting strategy when needed.Experience with an ATS; A practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to recruiting.How You'll Stand OutYou will stand out if you are the kind of recruiter who can take a new requisition and immediately answer:What does a healthy pipeline look like?
