The role:
You’ll manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award through fabrication, coordination, delivery, and closeout, working closely with operations, detailing, estimating, field teams, GCs, and internal leadership.
This is a strong fit for someone who has direct steel fabrication project management experience and wants to join a stable, growing company where they can have a visible impact.

What they’re looking for:

• Structural and/or miscellaneous steel project management experience
• Fabrication-side background preferred
• Ability to manage projects from handoff through closeout
• Strong communication with GCs, internal teams, vendors, and field crews
• Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or multi-res work
• Familiarity with Viewpoint Spectrum, Tekla PowerFab, Trimble systems, or similar platforms would be a plus
• Someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable in a close-knit family business environment
