Temp Part-time Dispatcher

Team Staffing is currently seeking a part-time dispatcher for a company located in Burlington, IA.
Hours: 6:30am - 11:30am & 12pm-5pm M-F, 5 hour shifts, 25 hours weekly; Candidate will alternate every other week on closing the office.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00/hr DOE
Tasks to perform would include:

Take Calls & Voice Messages from clients/customers who are wanting to ride SEIBUS on a specific date and time and then coordinate with SEIBUS dispatcher to schedule on appropriate bus route by date and time for desired ride
Call and confirm with Medicaid riders prior to actual date and time for pickup
Become familiar with how to enter information into the Transit Software System to populate all Drivers' internet tablets for the next day route schedules.

Requirements:
~ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check with the past 10 years.
