Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Managing the recruitment pipeline and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote our commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
