Commercial Litigation Attorney - Temp

• Manage commercial and complex civil litigation matters from intake through resolution

Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses

Argue contested motions and temporary restraining orders

Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff across the firm

JD and active Illinois law license

• 5+ years of commercial or complex civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw
